Next Heavy Lifters Club Cycle Starts 9 January 2016! Sign Up Today!

Our next Heavy Lifters Club is set to kick off on Saturday, 9 January 2016 at 11:30 a.m..  The course runs for six weeks and the focus for this cycle is the Jerk.  We only have a limited number of slots available for the course, so be sure to sign up soon if you would like to participate.  The cost is $60.00 for the six week class.

The CFKT Heavy Lifters Olympic Barbell Club is offered 1 x per week on Saturdays at 11:30 a.m.  for 6 weeks. This group focuses primarily on instructing and improving the technical execution of the snatch, clean & jerk and related lifts. Programming is focused on the needs of the group, along with necessary modifications for individual athletes, and will vary weekly. Classes will typically consist of a comprehensive warm up, a main lift, technique/pulling drills, as well as dynamic and accessory work for speed and strength. This class is open to individuals of all skill levels who can demonstrate a basic level of proficiency in the Olympic Lifts. This course is open to all members of CrossFit Kingstowne as well as non-members. The course fee is a flat fee and non-refundable. Refunds for missed classes will not be issued.
