NEW SPRING FIT MAMA 6-WEEK BOOT CAMP KICKS OFF 4 APRIL!

We are excited to announce the next in our series of 6-week boot camps for Moms and/or Women looking to kick start their fitness!  Our “Fit Mama” Bootcamp is designed for moms looking to go from postpartum to hot mama! This high-intensity boot-camp style workout blends functional movements and fast-paced cardio to boost your endurance, strength, stability, balance, and overall athleticism, while building a lean, strong body. Our “Fit Mama” Bootcamp suits a wide female audience (not exclusive to moms), from the beginning athlete looking to shed body fat and develop a strong base of general fitness and proper movement patterns, to the serious athlete looking to focus on cardiovascular performance. This class has no heavy lifting programmed.  Courses are run on a 6-week basis and offered three times per week for our morning camps and evening camps.
