Our Spring “Ladies Fit Camp” registration is now live! The next series in our Fit Camp will kick off on Monday, 10 July 2017 and run through Friday, 18 August 2017!   Our Ladies Fit Camp is a time-efficient, high intensity workout designed for all women as well and 8 blends functional movements and fast-paced cardio specifically designed to boost your endurance, strength, stability, balance, and overall athleticism, while building a lean, strong body. Our Fit Camp suits a wide female audience (not exclusive to moms), from the beginning athlete looking to shed body fat and develop a strong base of general fitness and proper movement patterns, to the serious athlete looking to focus on cardiovascular performance. This class has no heavy lifting programmed.  Courses are run on a 6-week basis and offered three times per week.

Cost: 6 week Course (3 x per week) = $200.  This class is not included in our regular CrossFit Memberships.

Schedule: Morning Camp:  Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:30 a.m.  Evening Camp:  Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:00 p.m. and Fridays at 6:00 p.m.  We also offer 2 sessions per week attendance options at $150 for those on a limited schedule, contact us at for information on pricing and registration for the 2 session per week option. 

Attendance: This class is open to female members and non members. Prior CrossFit experience is not required.
