Toes to Bar (T2B) Skill Work

Level 1: 12 Minutes of T2B Skill
Min 0-3: 5-7 Small Kips
Min 3-6: 5-7 Bigger Kips and/or 3-5 KTE
Min 6-9: 3-5 T2B every :30 seconds
Min 9-12: 6 Strict T2B with Slow Lower (S: 2 Strict T2B with slow descent every :30 or Best Attempts)

Level 2: EMOM: 10 Minutes
M1: 10 T2B
M2: 10 Pistols (5/ea leg)

 

WOD: 

3 RFT:
400m Run
15 Thrusters (Rx: 95/65; S: 75/55)
15 C2B Pull Ups (A: 7/5 Muscle Ups; S: 10 Burpee Pull Ups)
