WOD: 

E2MOM: 20 Minutes
1 Squat Snatch + 1 Rope Climb

LEVEL 1 (1 PS+ 1 OHS)
*Building in Weight

S:  Rope Bites or Rope Walks; 1 Ring Pull Up, or 5-7 Ring Rows

 

CORE/FINISHER: 

Athletes Choice

1 Mile Run (A: w/Vest) 

or

 Team Prowler Relay  (Teams of 4)

AMRAP:  10 Minutes

50m Prowler Push (2 x 45/2 x 25)

1 person working at a time

 

** Sub 2k Row or 150/100 Calories on Assault Bike if raining.
