FALL 2018 PERFORMANCE NUTRITION CHALLENGE 

Our Fall Nutrition Challenge kicks off on Monday, 10 September and will run until 2 December 2018.  We will be hosting two info sessions this week where you can learn more about the challenge and ask questions.  The first info session will be held on Sunday, 2 September between 10 a.m. and 11 .m. and the second on Tuesday, September 4 at 6 p.m.   To register for the challenge you can click on one of the links below.   Individual registration is $150 and couple registration is $250.00.

SUNDAY SCHEDULE: 

Group Foundations:  10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Spin Fit:  10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.

Strongman Sunday:  11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Open Gym:  10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Free Intro Class:  12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

 

STRONGMAN SUNDAY WOD:

Come Rain or Shine…and expect Rope Climbs!

 

 

OPEN GYM:  

Barbell Option:

Build to a Heavy Snatch

Build to a Heavy Clean and Jerk

Choice of pulls 4 x 3 @ 110% of todays lift

Single Arm Bent over Barbell Row: 3 x 12

100 Back Extension

 

Gymnastics Option:

Find a max distance Broad Jump

 

HSPU: Find a max set of kipping HSPU

Rest 3 min…THEN Complete Reverse Tabata Kipping HSPU (:10Work/:20Rest)

 

EMOM 10 Minutes:

Odd: 6 Burpee Box Jump Overs

Even:6 Box Jump Overs (even) (24/20”)

20 Banded Tricep Pull Downs (Rest 30 sec)

5 Seated DB Strict Press (Rest 60 sec)
