No, CrossFit is for anyone, regardless of your age or fitness level. Everything we do can be modified by weight, reps and time based on your fitness level. Our members come from all walks of life and backgrounds and include stay at home moms, active duty military personnel, college students, business professionals as well as senior citizens. In short, if you care about health, being a part of a great community, or just want to look and feel better, then CrossFit is for you.
