I HAVE NOT DONE CROSSFIT, BUT I’M REALLY FIT AND WOULD LIKE TO SKIP THE FOUNDATIONS COURSE AND JUST START COMING TO CLASSES. CAN I DO THIS?

No. We require all of our new members to attend a Foundations course prior to attending regular group classes.  This is to ensure that all members have a solid understanding of the movements and performance standards we adhere to as well as the terminology we use in our classes to ensure all of members are working out in a fun, safe and effective environment. If you recently moved to the area and have prior CrossFit experience of at least 3 months and/or have completed an on-ramp or foundations course at another CrossFit gym, then you may be eligible for a test out with one of our coaches.  Please contact us if you believe you qualify for this option.
