What Is CrossFit?

CrossFit is an extremely efficient and effective way to get into the best shape of your life. Our workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements (like pushups and pullups, deadlifts and squats, gymnastics, kettlebells, running, rowing, and olympic lifting), performed at a high intensity in a fun and friendly group setting.  During each class you will be coached and motivated by one or more of our highly trained coaches.
