Our Ladies Fit Camp is a time-efficient, high intensity workout designed for women as well as new moms who are looking to go from post partum to hot mama. This boot-camp style workout blends functional movements and fast-paced cardio specifically designed to boost your endurance, strength, stability, balance, and overall athleticism, while building a lean, strong body. Our “Fit Mama” Bootcamp suits a wide female audience (not exclusive to moms), from the beginning athlete looking to shed body fat and develop a strong base of general fitness and proper movement patterns, to the serious athlete looking to focus on cardiovascular performance. This class has no heavy lifting programmed. Courses are run on a 6-week basis and offered three times per week.
Cost: 6 week Course (3 x per week) = $250. This class is not included in our regular CrossFit Memberships.
Early Morning Camp: Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:15 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. (Co-Ed Class)
Evening Camp: Monday and Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday at 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Ladies Only Class)

Attendance: The morning class is open to both male and female members and non members. The evening class is open to female members only. Prior CrossFit experience is not required.
