Ladies Fit Camp

Our Ladies Fit Camp is a time-efficient, high intensity workout designed for women as well as new moms who are looking to go from post partum to hot mama. This boot-camp style workout blends functional movements and fast-paced cardio specifically designed to boost your endurance, strength, stability, balance, and overall athleticism, while building a lean, strong body. Our “Fit Mama” Bootcamp suits a wide female audience (not exclusive to moms), from the beginning athlete looking to shed body fat and develop a strong base of general fitness and proper movement patterns, to the serious athlete looking to focus on cardiovascular performance. This class has no heavy lifting programmed.  Courses are run on a 6-week basis and offered three times per week.

Cost: 6 week Course (3 x per week) = $200.  This class is not included in our regular CrossFit Memberships.  ** 2 Sessions per week option is also available for $150, please contact us directly at to register for 2 sessions per week.  

Schedule: Morning Camp:  Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:30 a.m.  Evening Camp:  Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:00 p.m. and Fridays at 6:00 p.m.

Attendance: This class is open to female members and non members. Prior CrossFit experience is not required.
