SpinFit is a high intensity interval class that combines cardio and strength training elements into a fun-filled, calorie burning hour. This fast-paced program will have you alternating between bike intervals featuring the Concept 2 Bike Erg and strength intervals utilizing free weights, kettle bells, weighted balls, and bands to give you a total body workout that will make you sweat. This is an ideal class for those looking to take a break from the barbell or just want a serious sweat session. Class size is limited to 10 members, and pre-enrollment is required.
Schedule:
Wednesdays: 3:15 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Thursdays: 8:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.
Sundays: 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.
