CrossFit Kingstowne is now offering Restorative Yoga Classes in our new dedicated Yoga Studio! You will learn and practice basic postures, focusing on the alignment and action of the body. Through a variety of standing, seated, kneeling, prone/supine poses, and even some inversions, the whole body will be stretched, moved, challenged, and restored. With consistent yoga practice over time, you can expect to increase your balance, improve coordination, develop more range of motion, create control of your breath, and calm the mind. Our Yoga classes are also designed and taught with the CrossFitter in mind. They will allow our CrossFit members to start exactly where you are and build a foundation that supports your WODs, weightlifting, and overall quality of life. These classes are also open to non-members.
Cost: Members and Non-Members may purchase a Yoga Punch Card in 5, 10, and 15 class increments to suit their budget and schedule. We also offer a drop-in option for a fee of $12 per class for CFK Members and $15 for Non-Members for our 60-Minute Class, and $7 and $9 respectively for our 30-Minute Class. All first time visits are free of charge (see instructions below to register for your free class). Saturdays at 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

ENROLLMENT POLICY: To enroll in an upcoming class please follow our SCHEDULE link and select your desired class date and time. All new clients will need to complete an online waiver prior to attending the class. PLEASE NOTE: If no enrollments are received at least 60 minutes prior to the class start time, the class will be cancelled. Please be sure to enroll online early!
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that we are limited to 12 members per class. If you need to cancel for any reason, please be sure to cancel your enrollment online via Front Desk prior to the start of class to allow for a member on the wait list to attend. If you do not cancel prior to the class, you will either be charged the drop-in rate or a session will be deducted from your punch card.
Attendance: This class is open to all members and non-members. Prior CrossFit experience is not required.
