For Time:

  • 100 Rucksack Squats (45/30)
  • 10 Sled Pulls (225/165)
  • 100 Ring Push-Ups
  • 800m Run

WOD:

  • 1 Barbell Complex (A:  135/95; RX: 115/75; SC: 95/65)
  • 25 DU’s
