NOTES:  We are entering another test week!  We will be retesting our Back Squat, DL, and Press as well as a series of other benchmark or open WODs.  Please be sure to come in and keep track of your results.  You have put in a ton of work this summer, its time to see the Gainz! We will have a make up on Saturday as well as during open gym on Sunday.

 

STRENGTH:

Back Squat:  Establish 1 RM

 

WOD:

AMRAP:  10 Minutes
