  • Partner 1 Runs 200m
  • Partner 2 Completes Max Rep Air Squats, switch upon Partner 1 Return
  • Partner 1 Run 200m
  • Partner 2 Completes Max Rep Box Jumps, switch upon Partner 1 Return
  • Continue to alternate this sequence for 15 Minutes.

1 Round includes both partners running 200m and completing max rep Air Squats and Box Jumps.

Score is total # of Air Squats and Box Jumps as a team
