Bring a Friend Day

On Tuesday, 27 October we will be hosting another “Bring a Friend” WOD!  You are invited to bring any of your friends or family to participate in a workout with you and see what all this crazy CrossFit non-sense is all about!  Friends and Family are welcome at any of our regularly scheduled classes that day.  Please be sure to have friends and family arrive five minutes early to complete a waiver or they can sign up in advance by clicking the link below.
