BRING A FRIEND DAY! 

Tomorrow you are welcome to bring in any friends or family to workout with you at any of our regularly scheduled classes!  Please have guests arrive a few minutes early to complete a waiver.

 

PARTNER WOD: 

AMRAP:  20 Minutes

Partner 1 Runs 400m

Partner 2 Completes:

10 Air Squats

10 Push Ups

10 Sit Ups

10 Wall Balls (20/14)

* Complete as many rounds as a team, partners alternates runs upon completion of each 400m.
