NEW CLASS SCHEDULE STARTS 14 MARCH!

In response to the feedback we received to our Class Schedule Survey, we are excited to announce that effective 14 March we will be rolling out a new evening class schedule to better suit our members needs!  All evening classes will now begin on the hour with our first class of the evening starting at 4 p.m.  We have also added an additional evening class Monday through Wednesday each week at 7 p.m. as well as an open gym hour on Thursday evenings at 7 p.m. while we run our Group Foundations course.  No changes will occur at this time to our morning class schedule.  The new evening class schedule is below and has been updated on our website:

Monday:  CFK WOD @ 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m.

Tuesday:  CFK WOD @ 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m.; Group Foundations @ 7:00 p.m.

Wednesday:  CFK WOD @ 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m.

Thursday:  CFK WOD @ 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m., Open Gym and Group Foundations @ 7:00 p.m.

Friday: CFK WOD @ 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m.
