REMINDER IF YOU NEED TO COMPLETE YOUR 16.2 OPEN WOD STILL PLEASE COME IN AT 10:00 a.m. DURING OPEN GYM TO COMPLETE IT.

Starting with a 4 Minute running clock, complete as many reps as possible:

  • 25 Toes-to-Bar (TTB) (S: 25 Hanging Knee Raises)
  • 50 Double Unders (DUs) (S:  50 Singles)
  • 15 Squat Cleans (Rx: 135/85; S: 95/55)

If completed before 4 minutes, add 4 minutes to clock and complete:

  • 25 TTB
  • 50 DUs
  • 13 Squat Cleans (Rx: 185/115; S: 115/75)

If completed before 8 Minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and complete:

  • 25 TTB
  • 50 DUs
  • 11 Squat Cleans (Rx: 225/145; S: 135/95)

If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and complete:

  • 25 TTB
  • 50 DUs
  • 9 Squat Cleans (Rx: 275/175; S: 155/115)

If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and complete:

  • 25 TTB
  • 50 DUs
  • 7 Squat Cleans (Rx: 315/205; S: 185/135)

End at 20 Minutes
