UPDATE ON DEXA SCAN AND HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
DEXA SCANVAN RESCHEDULED FOR MONDAY!
Great News, we were able to reschedule the Composition ID Scan Van for this Monday (Columbus Day) between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. for our nutrition challengers and any other members who might be interested in obtaining a scan. This is open to non-members as well. We need to have at least 20 people registered in order of the Van to come out, so if you were scheduled for Sunday and can still do Monday or if Monday is now a good fit for you please follow the link below and select a time slot that works for you. The cost is $50 for the scan. The scan will only take 10 minutes and you will receive a full report/analysis on site. DEXA SCAN SIGN UP FORM.
COLUMBUS DAY SCHEDULE:
We will be operating on a limited schedule on Monday, 10 October (Columbus Day). We will offer Open Gym from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday. All other classes are cancelled.
ARMY TEN MILER:
Good luck to all of our awesome CFK Athletes/Members who will be running the Army 10 Miler Tomorrow! Kick butt! You are all awesome!
SUNDAY SCHEDULE:
Group Foundations (Day 3): 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Open Gym: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Free Intro Class: 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
