NOTE TO NUTRITION CHALLENGE PARTICIPANTS:
If you are participating in the nutrition challenge and were unable to make it in on Friday for our Performance WOD and body measurements, you will have an opportunity tomorrow during Open Gym to make it up. We will run two heats at 10:15 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Please choose one to attend if you still need to complete the workout. Please show up a few minutes prior to warm up. We will do photos and measurements after the workout. If you are interested in participating in the Nutrition Challenge but haven’t sign up yet, we still have a few spots left. Our New Year 2017 Performance Nutrition Challenge Kicks off on 9 January 2017! There is still time to sign up! If your goal for 2017 is to finally dial in your nutrition and increase performance not only in the gym but in your daily lives, then this is the challenge for you! You can register online via the link below. The challenge will run from 9 January through 31 March (12 weeks). Starting on 7 January through 11 January we will run the initial Performance WOD and body composition assessment to include an opportunity to obtain a DEXA Scan (this is optional).
NEW YEAR FIT MAMA BOOT CAMP REGISTRATION NOW OPEN
Our New Year “Fit Mama Boot Camp” registration is now live! The next series in our Fit Mama Boot Camp will kick off just after the New Year on Monday, 9 January 2017 and run through Monday, 27 February! Our “Fit Mama” Bootcamp is a time-efficient, high intensity workout designed for all women as well as new moms who are looking to go from post partum to hot mama. This boot-camp style workout blends functional movements and fast-paced cardio specifically designed to boost your endurance, strength, stability, balance, and overall athleticism, while building a lean, strong body. Our “Fit Mama” Bootcamp suits a wide female audience (not exclusive to moms), from the beginning athlete looking to shed body fat and develop a strong base of general fitness and proper movement patterns, to the serious athlete looking to focus on cardiovascular performance. This class has no heavy lifting programmed. Courses are run on a 6-week basis and offered three times per week to include a morning and evening camp option.
Schedule: Morning Camp: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:30 a.m. Evening Camp: Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:00 p.m. and Fridays at 6:00 p.m. We also offer 2 sessions per week attendance options for those on a limited schedule, contact us for information on pricing and registration for the 2 session per week option.
