We have 132 CFK Members Registered for the 2017 Open!

The Heat Schedule for Saturday’s 17.2 Throw Down is now available via the Registration Link below.  If you plan to complete the workout tomorrow (Saturday) please add your name to a heat time.  Please be sure to arrive early to warm up and be ready to go for your designated heat time as we have a lot of heats to get through tomorrow.  Additionally every athlete will be responsible for judging someone in the heat directly following the one you completed.  We also welcome any other members who would like to volunteer to help out as well.  We will once again be joined by our friends from Max Muscle Springfield, Tango Charlie Apparel, Lena from Holistic Wife, Happy Life, and Power Supply.

Just a reminder of our weekend schedule:

Saturday:  Open WOD 17.2 Throw Down from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.  We will be running heats once again, be sure to sign up online via the heat sheet once it is released Friday morning.  This will be in place of our regular classes (No Warrior, CFK WODs).  We will still run our Free Intro Class at 12:30 p.m.

Sunday:  Open Gym from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.  We will offer a make up of 17.2 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. only during Open Gym.
