SpinFit is a high intensity interval class that combines cardio and strength training elements into a fun-filled, fast-paced, calorie burning hour.  Our SpinFit program will have you alternating between bike intervals on the Concept 2 Bike Erg and strength or core work intervals utilizing free weights, kettle bells, weighted balls, and bands to give you a total body workout that will make you sweat.   This is an ideal class for those looking to take a break from the barbell or just want a serious sweat session.  Class size is limited to 9 members, and pre-enrollment is required.
