Warrior Program

Our Warrior Program is designed for the competitive athlete looking to take their training to the next level. The Warrior Program is an advanced class that incorporates a heavier focus on the Olympic lifts, as well higher skill gymnastic movements and odd object training. Workouts are comparable to CrossFit “Hero” workouts and typically include more advanced weights/loads than may be utilized in our group CrossFit classes. Attendees are experienced CrossFitters who can complete most group CrossFit classes at the Rx or Advanced level. This is an excellent membership option for visiting CrossFitters or “weekend warriors”. Many of our more seasoned unlimited members often attend these supplemental classes for additional training. You will be training with some of our best!

Our Warrior Program is on Temporary Hiatus due to COVID Limitations on our Schedule.  We look forward to bringing back our Warrior Class soon.  In the meantime, our daily programming offers an advanced track/options for our competitive athletes.   

SCHEDULE: Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

ATTENDANCE: This class is open to all experienced CrossFitters who can complete most standard CrossFit workouts at an Rx level. All members must test into the Warrior WOD prior to attending class.
