Our ROMWOD (Range of Motion Workout of the Day) class is designed to give your muscles and mind a rest. It includes an in-depth stretching routine that will increase range of motion, optimize athletic performance, and promote healing and recovery. Think Yoga for CrossFitters! This is an ideal class for individuals looking to improve posture and flexibility and enhance recovery by resetting the central nervous system and increasing the the release of hyaluronic acid. There is no heavy lifting programmed in this class. Classes follow a pre-programmed video in our Upstairs Studio. Our ROMWOD classes are included in our All-Access Monthly Memberships. Drop-Ins are $15. Please Note: Classes are capped at 14 members. Please be sure to pre-enroll for your class to secure your spot. If the class is capped additional members will be added to a waitlist and notified when a spot becomes available.
Wednesdays: 5:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Thursdays: 7:15 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
