“Partnered PALEO Tabata”

 

*This WOD is an excellent source of data regarding the athletes current state of the 10 skills of fitness. It will start AND end our Paleo-Challenge which commences at 12AM tonight.

 

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest. where the first 8 intervals are:

Seated Shoulder Press (S:45/30 RX: 65/45)

 

the second 8 intervals are:

KB Swings (S: 32/24 RX: 52/35)

 

the third 8 intervals are:

ABMAT Sit-Ups

 

and finally, the last 8 intervals are:

Air Squats.

 

*After completing the first 8 mins (SP and KB swing), you will trade off and score your partner for the same. Then do the same for the 8 mins of Sit-Ups and Air Squats.
