We will review the:

 

Shoulder Press

Push-Press

Push-Jerk

 

Athletes will have the hour to work each of

these lifts in an open gym style setting with

coaches on standby to assist/train/guide.

 

*Athletes should plan to lift a minimum of

9500/6500lbs. (RX) or 7500/4500 (Scaled)

in total poundage.
