UPCOMING LOCAL COMPETITIONS

Many of you have expressed interest in starting to compete at the local level.  Below is a list of upcoming CrossFit competitions in the DMV area.  I have included both individual and team competitions.  Most of these events offer both an Rx and Scaled division, and a few even include a Masters division.  If you are interested in competing, please let me know and we will be happy to make some recommendations on which events might be best suited for you.  Additionally, if you are looking to put together a team, please let me know and I will try and help you find a team.   If you are unsure if you are ready to start competing, but are interested, please let me know as well!   Finally, if you are aware of an upcoming local event that I may not have listed please let me know.
