Cycle 2 of our 2018 “Ladies Fit Camp” registration is now live! The next series in our Ladies Fit Camp will kick off on Monday, 26 February and run through Friday, 6 Aril 2018! Our Ladies Fit Camp is a time-efficient, high intensity workout designed for all women as well as new moms who are looking to go from post partum to hot mama. This boot-camp style workout blends functional movements and fast-paced cardio specifically designed to boost your endurance, strength, stability, balance, and overall athleticism, while building a lean, strong body. Our Fit Camp suits a wide female audience (not exclusive to moms), from the beginning athlete looking to shed body fat and develop a strong base of general fitness and proper movement patterns, to the serious athlete looking to focus on cardiovascular performance. This class has no heavy lifting programmed. Courses are run on a 6-week basis and offered three times per week.
Cost: 6 week Course (3 x per week) = $200. This class is not included in our regular CrossFit Memberships.
Schedule:
Early Morning Camp: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:15 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. (CO-ED CLASS)
Mid Morning Camp: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:30 a.m. (CO-ED CLASS)
Evening Camp: Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:00 p.m. and Fridays at 6:00 p.m. (LADIES ONLY CLASS)
PLEASE NOTE: We also offer 2 sessions per week attendance options at $150 for those on a limited schedule, contact us at info@crossfitkingstowne.com for information on registration for the 2 session per week option.
Attendance: The early morning and mid-morning class are open to both male and female member and non-members and the evening class is for ladies only. Prior CrossFit experience is not required.
