8-WEEK SUMMER FIT CAMP REGISTRATION IS NOW LIVE 

Cycle 4 of our Fit Camp kicks off on 25 June!  Our summer Fit Camp will run for 8 weeks and include our early morning Co-Ed Fit Camp on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:15 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. or the Evening Ladies Only Fit Camp on Monday and Wednesday from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday at 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. as well as our Saturday morning Unloaded Fit Camp from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.  To register for the upcoming Summer Fit Camp follow the link below:

SUMMER FIT CAMP REGISTRATION 

 

SKILL: 

LEVEL 1
Pull Up Skill Practice
*Try and progress to next ability level

LEVEL 2 (option 1)
Work on bar muscle up as above in open gym style format

LEVEL 2 (option 2)
3-3-6-6-9-9
Bar muscle ups or Ring muscle ups

 

WOD: 

LEVEL 1

Every 8 Minutes for 32 Minutes Complete:
3 rounds of “Cindy” + 800m Run
*Cindy = 5 pull up, 10 push ups, 15 squats

(4 Rounds Total)

LEVEL 2

Every 8 Minutes for 32 Minutes Complete:
Complete 2 rounds of “Mary”+ 60/45 Calories on Assault Bike
*Mary = 5 HSPU, 10 pistols, 15 pull ups

(4 Rounds Total)

Time remaining in 8 minute window after run or bike is yours to rest, start another 3 rounds of Cindy or Mary at the start of every 8 minute interval.
