CROSSFIT GAMES OPEN WEEKEND SCHEDULE:

On Sunday we will offer a make-up of Open WOD 17.3 during open gym from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.  We will still run our Free Intro Classe on Sunday at 12 noon.  We will also run open gym on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Group Foundations at 10 a.m. on Sunday.

GROUP FOUNDATIONS:  10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

17.3 OPEN WOD MAKE-UP:  11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Only)

OPEN GYM:  10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

FREE INTRO CLASS:  12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Prior to 8 Minutes Complete:

3 rounds of:
6 chest-to-bar pull-ups (S: Jumping Pull Ups)
6 squat snatches (Rx: 95 / 65 lb.) (S: 45/35)

Then, 3 rounds of:
7 chest-to-bar pull-ups
5 squat snatches (Rx: 135 / 95 lb.) (S: 75/55)

*Prior to 12:00, complete 3 rounds of:

8 chest-to-bar pull-ups
4 squat snatches (Rx: 185 / 135 lb.) (S: 95/65)

*Prior to 16:00, complete 3 rounds of:

9 chest-to-bar pull-ups
3 squat snatches (Rx: 225 / 155 lb.) (S: 115/75)

*Prior to 20:00, complete 3 rounds of:

10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
2 squat snatches (Rx: 245 / 175 lb.) (S: 135/95)

Prior to 24:00, complete 3 rounds of:

11 chest-to-bar pull-ups
1 squat snatch (Rx: 265 / 185 lb.) (S: 155/105)
