PART 1:

1) 4 x ME Strict Pull Ups

**Rest 1 minute between sets

2) 3 Rounds 

Max Reps Bench Press @ Bodyweight (Females @ 60%)

25 Push Ups

**Rest 1 Minute between Rounds

3) 3 Rounds

Max Reps Bent over BB Row @ Bodyweight (Females @ 60%)

Max Effort Supine Ring Rows

**Rest 1 Minute Between Rounds

 

PART 2:

1) Strict Press:

E2MOM: 8 Minutes

8 Strict Press

2) 3 Rounds

10 Front Plate Raises into 10 DB Side Raises into 10 DB Bent over Row

(Complete all 30 reps – no rest between movements)
