8-WEEK SUMMER FIT CAMP REGISTRATION IS NOW LIVE 

Cycle 4 of our Fit Camp kicks off on 25 June!  Our summer Fit Camp will run for 8 weeks and include our early morning Co-Ed Fit Camp on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:15 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. or the Evening Ladies Only Fit Camp on Monday and Wednesday from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday at 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. as well as our Saturday morning Unloaded Fit Camp from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.  To register for the upcoming Summer Fit Camp follow the link below:

SKILL:

With 12 Minute Running Clock:

LEVEL 1:
HSPU Skill Work and Practice (Open Gym)
*Work on both kipping and strict HSPU Progressions and Technique
**Goal should be smaller unscaled reps versus larger sets of scaled reps

LEVEL 2:
EMOM: 10 minutes
Odd: # kipping HSPU
Even: #strict HSPU
# = Work Set; Shoot for at least 35-40 seconds of rest each minute

 

WOD: 

AMRAP: 7 Minutes

7 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20″)
9/6 C2B Pull Ups (A: 7/5 Bar Muscle Ups; S: Pull Ups; S2:  Ring Rows)
11 KB Snatch each arm (35/26) (Sub DB as needed)

 

JUNE CHALLENGE WEEK 3:
