New Fit Camp Class Times Added to the Schedule

We are excited to announce that for the next 60 days we are going to offer additional Fit Camp class options on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30 a.m. and Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 p.m. This will be for a trial period of 60 days to see if there is enough interest to make it a permanent addition to our schedule. These specific class times will be in conjunction with our regular CrossFit class. Basically the same coaches who are running the CrossFit class WOD will be running the Fit Camp Class Option WOD. It will be similar to how we run our 8 a.m. Fit Camp class where we have a blend of CrossFit members and Fit Campers. The only difference is that our Fit Campers will be doing a slightly modified workout that is more suitable for our Fit Camp program. This will be a great option for our regular CrossFit members as well who may be needing a break from the barbell on those days. If you have any friends or family who have been interested in trying CrossFit but are intimidated by the barbell, this is a great option for them. Monday: 5:15 a.m.; 9:30 a.m.; 8:00 p.m. Fit Camp

Tuesday: 6:00 p.m. Fit Camp; 6:15 p.m. SpinFit

Wednesday: 5:15 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 8:00 p.m. Fit Camp

Thursday: 6:00 a.m. SpinFit, 6:00 p.m. Fit Camp

Friday: 5:15 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 6:00 p.m. Fit Camp

Saturday: 8:00 a.m. Fit Camp; 9:00 a.m. ROMWOD

Sunday: 10:00 a.m. SpinFit
